RUSH Mentoring Programme In 2 Life is an early intervention mentoring and life skills programs for troubled and vulnerable young people aged 12-16 who are experiencing significant difficulties at home, school and in their local community.
The focus of this project is on the RUSH Mentoring Program which provides a vital school-based and /or after hours mentoring program to assist young people to develop a significant adult relationship to assist them in overcoming any personal crisis and/or negative life experiences that may eventuate.
The UCF grant of $2,000 will enable In 2 Life to train 25 volunteer mentors to work with new arrival and refugee young people aged 8-18 years.
