Palliative Care South Australia Inc (PCSA) has been the peak body for palliative care in South Australia since 1984. It is a not for profit organisation dedicated to supporting people living with terminal illness and those who care for them.

PCSA has been a consistent and influential driver of palliative care service development and discussion for over 30 years, continuing to be active in facilitation of education and training for health care professionals, carers and the general public on a number of fronts.

Possible Dreams International (PDI) was founded by an Australian doctor, Dr Maithri Goonetilleke, in 2009, in order to honour the dignity of people in rural and remote Swaziland through a dual strategy of emergency relief aid and sustainable development projects. PDI partners with rural and remote communities in Swaziland, Africa to empower individuals living in an insidious cycle of poverty, malnutrition and HIV/AIDS.

Symbiosis International (Bangladesh)

The work of Symbiosis in Bangladesh is carried out under the overall management and oversight of Symbiosis International, an NGO registered in Australia and based in Brisbane, Queensland.

Village Vision 2018 will be conducted as part of Symbiosis Primary Eye Care Service (SPECS), the aim of which is: Supporting sustainable development by reducing low vision and blindness with a focus on primary eye care, eye health education and training of skilled eye care personnel.

Northpoint Centre was established in Tullamarine (Vic) in 2002 by Pastor Loren Pratt after having many instances where people would come to him seeking his assistance with urgent food relief. Generally, these were sick and elderly people whose pensions could not cover daily living expenses, as well as single parents on Government benefits who were trying to raise a young family.

Southern Cross Kids’ Camps (SCKC)

SCKC Knox  Camp (Victoria)
Southern Cross Kids’ Camps has 13 camps operating each year in three states of Australia – NSW, Victoria and SA.

Thirty children will attend the SCKC Knox camp mentor programme: around 15 boys and 15 girls. The next Knox camp will be held in January 2018 and the children will be aged 7 to 11 years old (primary school age). The majority of children live and attend school in the City of Knox area.
